Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Paperly website at edusarathi.in/paperly and when you register your interest in Paperly. Paperly is a product of EduSarathi, based in Gurugram, India. By submitting the registration form you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What Paperly is

Paperly helps teachers, tutors and school staff turn textbook pages, worksheets and past papers into editable questions and print-ready question papers. Mathematics and Physics are the first subjects. Chemistry and Biology are planned.

Registering

Registering your interest does not create a paid account and does not oblige you to buy anything. After you register, the EduSarathi team will contact you about getting started. Please give details that are correct, and a number or email address that belongs to you.

Your content

You keep ownership of the pages, questions and papers you upload or create. You only upload material that you have the right to use, for example your own work, or material you are allowed to copy for teaching. You are responsible for how you use the papers you produce.

Checking the results

Paperly uses AI to read pages and to pull out questions, and it can make mistakes. We flag anything uncertain, but you must check every question, answer option, equation and diagram before you print or give a paper to students. Paperly is a tool to save you time. It does not replace your own judgement.

Acceptable use

We may pause or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Availability

Paperly is opening to registered users in stages. We may change, pause or improve features, subjects and availability as we build the product, and we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

As far as the law allows, EduSarathi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by errors in generated questions or papers that were not checked before use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Paperly after a change, you accept the updated terms.
