Paperly is a product of EduSarathi, based in Gurugram, India. This page explains what personal information we collect through the Paperly website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you register your interest in Paperly, we collect the details you type into the form:

• your full name
• your email address
• your WhatsApp or phone number
• your role (teacher, tutor, school administrator or other)
• the first subject you are interested in

We also record the date and time of your registration. If you arrive from an advertisement, your browser may keep advertising campaign tags (for example utm_source) for the length of your visit, so we can see which ads work.

How we use it

• To contact you about Paperly by phone, WhatsApp or email, and to help you get started.
• To understand how many people are interested in Mathematics and Physics, and in Chemistry and Biology.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your phone number for anything other than contacting you about Paperly and EduSarathi.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Registrations are stored on our web hosting account (Hostinger) in a folder that cannot be opened from the public internet. They are seen only by the EduSarathi team. We do not share them with other companies, except service providers that we need to run the website and to contact you, such as our hosting, email and messaging providers.

Documents you upload

The Paperly editor, where you can upload textbook pages, photos and PDFs, is being opened to registered users. For documents you upload: they are not used to train AI models, and you can delete a document, together with everything made from it, at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep registration details for as long as you remain interested in Paperly, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you. Call or message us on the number below and give the name and phone number you registered with.

Cookies and analytics

The Paperly page does not set advertising cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies and keep basic server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and performance.

Children

Paperly is made for teachers, tutors and school staff. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
